BOOKING AND
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Sage Infusion and Wellness, we dedicatedly reserve personalized time, professional clinical staff, and
specialized medical resources for every scheduled client. To maintain operational efficiency, minimize empty
clinical slots, and ensure all patients have fair access to care, we enforce a strict, formalized Booking and
Cancellation Policy.
Scheduling and Appointment Management
All scheduling requests, intake assessments, medical histories, and appointment bookings must be completed
securely using our third-party scheduling infrastructure, JaneApp. Clients can access the JaneApp booking
client directly via the scheduling links on our main website. A valid credit card must be securely kept on file
inside your JaneApp account profile to confirm and finalize your appointment slot.
Late Cancellation Rule
We understand that unexpected schedule conflicts, professional commitments, and emergencies can arise.
However, we require a minimum advance notice to modify or cancel your reservation. Any appointment
cancellations, rescheduling requests, or modifications made with less than twenty-four (24) hours'
notice prior to your scheduled arrival time will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service
cost. This late fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file within your JaneApp portal.
No-Show Policy
Failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing any prior communication or cancellation notice
constitutes a 'No-Show.' Any client who fails to show up for an appointment will be charged a penalty
equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost. No-show fees are non-refundable and will be automatically
applied to the default payment card on file. Multiple consecutive no-shows or late cancellations may result in
restrictions or suspension of your booking privileges on JaneApp.
How to Modify Your Appointment
To cancel or reschedule an appointment outside of the penalty windows, you must manage your slot through
your online JaneApp patient portal or contact our Las Vegas clinic directly by telephone at (702) 720-5856 or
via email at info@sageinfusionandwellness.com during regular operational hours.
