Hi, I am Jenn. I have been a Registered Nurse for 10 years, working as a float nurse across PCU, neurology, PACU, and infusion nursing. I am also board certified in vascular access. That means your safety and comfort are always my top priorities.
I created Sage Infusion and Wellness because I genuinely care about people. I do not see infusions as a quick service. I want to help you achieve your personal wellness goals in a private, calming space. Every treatment is also overseen by our Medical Director to ensure you receive the highest standard of care.

Does getting an IV infusion hurt?
You might feel a tiny pinch when the needle is first inserted, but the IV infusion itself is not painful. Our nurse Jenn is board-certified in vascular access to make sure you are completely comfortable. You can bring your favorite book, listen to music, or just relax in our private Las Vegas room.
How long does an NAD+ IV take?
Your first NAD+ infusion usually takes about two hours to complete. Everyone is different, and the exact time can change based on your specific health goals. As your body gets used to the NAD+ therapy, your future visits will often be much shorter.
Do I need blood work for medical weight loss or IVs?
No, you do not need to bring outside blood work to get started with us. Our medical team will provide you with a quick Good Faith Exam through Qualiphy before your visit. This ensures you can safely receive your Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, or IV treatments without any delays.
How much does IV therapy and medical weight loss cost?
We believe in totally clear pricing for all of our patients. Our custom IV drips start at 100 USD, and our premium NAD+ packages are 950 USD. Our GLP-1 medical weight loss plans start at just 99 USD a month, which includes your medication and a free B12 shot.
